          and Livestock enterprises;

•  Assisting in the establishment and maintenance of proper marketing and distribution channels for

           agricultural produce;

• Advocating and promoting the optimal utilization of the factors of  production and;

• Assisting in the development of the human capacity for efficient development of agricultural

          production enterprise;
